Favorite Brotherhood memory: 
Lizaine - Going into a Brotherhood home, whether for a meeting, fellowship or prayer time. There’s so much warmth and character—full of life and laughter in every corner of the house—especially if you catch a combo of Br. Patrick making bread, Br. Jude planting a tree, and Br. Joe playing the mandolin!
Daniel - The Brothers opening their home to men during Holy Week. We were invited to join the Brother’s prayer time, meals and stay throughout Holy Week leading up to the Easter Vigil. We participated in the Christian Seder Meal on Holy Saturday and all were invited to the Brotherhood’s famous Easter Vigil After- Party. It was a great witness into the Brothers’ life, and it allowed men to bond and to be more present to the importance of Holy Week and Easter.
 

How the Brotherhood shaped our life: 
Lizaine - Before my conversion, I had a narrow view of who God is and what
He can do for my life. Knowing the Brothers, witnessing the intensity of their ‘yes’ to the Lord and being guided and loved by them, I have come to understand Our Father’s immense love. Choosing a life with Christ comes with freedom, fullness and so many more possibilities than I could ever imagine for my own life.
Daniel - I would not be the man I am today without the Brothers. They were (and still are) the major formators in my life. They are great examples of how to live as men of God, knowing first their sonship while at the same time acting as fathers to the fatherless. It’s a true gift to work so closely with the Brothers as we continue to build Petros, our young adult community in New Jersey, and ultimately the Kingdom of God.
