It's been a full past three days! We completed our mission trip in Agua Prieta on Saturday and, the next day, drove several hours to Grand Canyon National Park.
Each of the men had a chance to share their experience of the trip. Invaluable lessons were learned: our need for others, the Father's love for us, and the importance of the corporal works of mercy not only in another country, but in our own homes as well.
This past week we helped build homes for five different families. Their appreciation was apparent! It was a surprise to see the quality of relationships we built this week as well.
In our response to the prophetic word on the Lord's desire to bring revival to Agua Prieta we invited anybody we could to Mass with us on Saturday night. One worker, who hadn't been in a long time, came with us! Afterwards we had a festive meal at Rancho Feliz with the workers there and some of the families we served. We ended with singing "Nada de Turbre" to everyone there as a way to share the faith. Plus, it was the only song we knew in Spanish!
Thanks for your prayers and support for this trip. God clearly worked powerfully in the lives of those we served and in each of the men who attended.
